Tasting Note

Harvested by hand in 15kg crates. The destemmed grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in 600 litre French oak barrels with various uses. After 30 days of maceration, the wine is pressed and transferred to third use French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 6 months.

Wineyards:: The vineyards worked by Pazos del Rey are located in sloped areas and in the Verin Valley, in the village Oimbra, as chas and Flariz.
